In this video we are going to have some breakfast while testing out the Bushcraft Knife from Eickhorn Knives, sent to me by German Knife Shop. Overall, a fun video to make and a cool knife. I think – as I share in the video – the steel is going to be the biggest question for people, but this knife worked well and is has a really nice sheath. Check it out and let me know what you think.

  1. I am remembering Ralphie from the movie A Christmas Story where he uses his new decoder gadget and exclaims, a crummy commercial!!! But, ya gotta pay the bills.

  2. I love my eickhorn km 3000. Its a great tactical blade with better steel. Also the sheath is a monster on that thing. Its in my opinion one of the best blades by Eickhorn. Greetings from germany. Really ask for a km 3000 .

  3. Just a tip for cooking – save the egg for later. With the sausage in the cold pan you can let the fat render out a bit before adding the egg. Should make for crispier sausage and less effort when cleaning, because the egg won’t stick to the oily hot pan as much (if at all when properly seasoned).
PS: That distal taper on the knife tho… nice.

  4. Nice blade, GREAT sheath! Not quite my style (Got an LT Wright Genesis recently), but it looks functional for sure! Man those bugs are just awful. I get massacred on a daily basis by the little jerks! Thankfully I got our burn permit so I can do fires on the property and that helps keep them away!
